*Note: My current role is with Quay 1 International Realty. The company was not available as an option to select, so I selected Real Estate Lead Gen Agency as the closest available option. I am not employed by Real Estate Lead Gen Agency. I manage and qualify leads, conduct follow-ups, schedule appointments, communicate with clients via phone, email and WhatsApp, maintain CRM records using HubSpot, and provide general administrative support to assist with the sales process. I conduct 100–150 calls per day and complete 30+ HubSpot tasks, including lead follow-ups and client communication. I manage and nurture inbound leads, particularly prospective sellers and clients requesting updated property valuations. I assist with desktop valuations through CMA and prepare and send valuation information via email. I also set and coordinate appointments, manage the broker’s calendar, send reminders, and handle personalised follow-up messages on the broker’s behalf. Lastly, I maintain strong client relationships while providing general administrative and sales support.
