Our web host blocked our online store due to us having malware on the site. genisoft responded almost immediately to our request for help, removed the malware, patched the hole. Total downtime was maybe 2 hours. Very impressed. Will definitely use them again.

Continued to stay with the issue through to Monday when hosting service help desk came online and granted access to resolve the issue fully. 10/10 will use geniaoft again.
