FAQ
Do you need WordPress login access?
Yes. I need an administrator login to maintain the site. Hosting or cPanel access may also be required for backups, troubleshooting or recovery. Please share access only through the Fiverr order page.
Do you update premium themes and plugins?
Yes, if a valid license or update access is already available on your website. I do not provide paid plugin or theme licenses unless this is agreed separately.
Will you back up my website before updates?
Yes. I create or verify a usable backup before important updates whenever the hosting environment allows it. This gives us a safer rollback option if an update causes a conflict.
Do you maintain WooCommerce websites?
Yes. WooCommerce sites are supported, but large stores or sites with complex custom functionality may need the Premium plan or a custom offer.
Are content edits included?
Standard and Premium include limited minor content edits or fixes. New page design, major redesigns, bulk product uploads and custom development are quoted separately.
How many websites does one package cover?
Each package covers one WordPress website. If you have multiple websites, message me and I can prepare a custom maintenance plan.
Can you fix existing errors during maintenance?
Minor issues may be included depending on the package. Existing critical errors, hacked sites, custom-code problems or major plugin conflicts should be reviewed before you order.
Will I receive a maintenance report?
Yes. I will send a summary of the maintenance completed, including relevant updates, checks and any issues that need your attention.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me first if your website is hacked, already broken, heavily customized, or runs a large WooCommerce store. For a normal WordPress site, you can choose the package that matches your needs.
