Do I need to send you the product?
If your video requires a physical product, yes. Please contact me before ordering so we can allow enough time for shipping. The production and delivery timeline will begin after I receive the product and have everything needed to create your video.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your brand name, product details, key talking points, desired tone, target audience and any specific instructions or examples. If you have a script, brand guidelines or required wording, please include those too.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover reasonable editing changes such as captions, text or minor adjustments. A full reshoot due to new instructions, a changed script or changed creative direction is not considered a revision and may require an additional fee.
Can I use the video for paid advertising?
Each package includes 3 months of usage rights. If you plan to use the video for paid advertising or need extended usage beyond 3 months, please contact me before ordering so we can discuss the appropriate usage rights.
