What will I send you to start your virtual staging service?
Please send me your photos of room. Labeling the room name of photos. Your requirements (Design style, Furniture require, and other instructions if any).
Which style can I choose?
I have many styles like Modern, Contemporary, Scandinavian, Farmhouse, Industrial, Traditional, Hamptons. You can choose furniture from my 3D online library, I can send you the catalog link to take a look. Or you can count on me, I can help you to choose furniture base on your general requirements.
How is price calculate?
My price is per photo (image), not per room.
Can we discuss for better price when I send you a big deal?
Yes, sure. I will offer you a better price when you send me a lot of photos. Please contact and discuss with me at any time, and then we will make the best deal.
Can you change the wall color, remove the existing furniture or items on photos before staging them?
These need extra service. And it cost extra fee. I call it virtual renovation job. Please feel free contact me when you need this service, I will offer the best extra fee.
What was not included in the revision?
Changing the photos (or angle), that will cost as new job. Changing the style of furniture, that will cost as new job.

Photos took too long and did not meet contract date. I did not accept the extension but it extended anyway. Extension was asked long after the due date. Photos were held hostage until I extended which I didn’t. Had to pay someone else work on photos. Won’t be coming back.
