About this gig
Want to move your website to Squarespace without losing your content or your search traffic? I migrate sites from Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Weebly, GoDaddy and more, and rebuild them cleanly on Squarespace.
Please message me before ordering with your current site link so I can confirm scope and recommend the right package.
WHAT I MOVE
- Pages, text and images
- Blog posts and categories
- Products, variants and collections (store sites)
- Contact forms and newsletter signup
- Navigation, footer and social links
WHAT I SET UP
- Mobile-friendly layout matching your current look, or a fresh refresh
- URL redirects so old links keep working
- SEO basics: page titles, descriptions, image names
- Domain connection to Squarespace
- A short walkthrough so you can edit the site yourself
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send me your current site link
2. I confirm scope and start the migration
3. You review a preview and request revisions
4. I connect your domain and launch

Hi, I'm George. I design Squarespace websites and online stores for small businesses, bloggers, and creators. Whether you're launching a new site, redesigning an outdated one, or setting up a store, I focus on clean, mobile-friendly design that's easy to manage and built to turn visitors into customers.
Every project starts with a conversation about your goals, so message me before ordering and I'll recommend the best option. I'm responsive, I communicate clearly, and I don't consider a project done until you're happy with it.

FAQ
Will my Google rankings drop after moving?
I set up URL redirects, page titles and descriptions to help keep your search visibility. No one can guarantee rankings, but proper redirects and SEO setup reduce the risk of losing traffic.
Can you move a Wix site automatically?
Wix doesn't offer a full export, so I rebuild your pages, text and images on Squarespace by hand. It's a careful recreation, not a one-click copy.
What about my blog posts?
WordPress blogs can be imported into Squarespace. For other platforms, I move posts over manually. Tell me roughly how many you have.
Do you move online stores and products?
Yes. I move products, variants and collections, and set up payments, shipping and taxes. The Premium package covers up to 50 products. For more, message me for a custom quote.
Will the new site look the same?
I match your layout, colors and fonts as closely as Squarespace allows. Some features unique to your old platform may need a different Squarespace equivalent, and I'll tell you before I start.
