Hi, I'm George. I grew up in Shanghai and have helped friends arrange group meals. Already chosen a restaurant? I can help you book it in Chinese.
Message me before ordering with the restaurant, exact branch, date, time and party size. Shanghai only; availability is not guaranteed.
For $5, I will handle one booking for 1-6 guests at a restaurant that accepts reservations without a deposit or prepayment. Order at least 5 days before your meal.
After the restaurant confirms, I will deliver an English and Chinese summary with the booking name, branch, address, date, time, guest count and arrival rules.
Delivery: 2 days from the Fiverr order start. One summary correction is included. Restaurant or date changes need a new agreement.
Communication is mainly by Fiverr text messages. WhatsApp is also applicable. No restaurant recommendations, itineraries, urgent bookings, queuing or on-site assistance. Meals are not included.
If confirmation is unavailable, I will discuss an approved alternative time or cancellation through Fiverr. I will not mark an unconfirmed request as a completed booking.

Which Shanghai restaurants can I ask about?
Any cuisine is welcome. Please choose the restaurant yourself and send the exact Shanghai branch and address. I will check whether it accepts reservations; this does not guarantee availability. Restaurant recommendations are not included.
What does the $5 price include?
$55 is the listed fee for one reservation assistance service for 1-6 guests. Meals and restaurant charges are not included. Fiverr checkout fees and any taxes are shown at checkout. I do not handle deposits, prepayments or card guarantees.
Can you guarantee a table?
No. A booking is confirmed only after the restaurant explicitly confirms it. If your time is unavailable, I will ask whether you accept another time at the same branch. If no agreed option works, we will discuss cancellation through Fiverr.
How early should I order, and when will you deliver?
Place your order and submit the required details at least 5 days before your meal. Delivery is within 2 days of the Fiverr order start, as shown by its countdown. All dining times use Shanghai time (UTC+8). This is not an urgent booking service.
How and when do you communicate?
I mainly use English and Chinese text messages on Fiverr. I usually handle messages on weekday evenings and weekends, with occasional daytime checks. I do not promise instant replies, 24-hour availability or English phone support.
What requests are outside the scope?
Deposits, prepayments, card guarantees, urgent bookings, queuing, number grabbing, private-room minimum spends, paid decorations, restaurant recommendations, menu translation, travel planning and on-site assistance are outside this service. I do not pay restaurant charges.
What can I revise?
One correction of the booking summary is included. Any information error caused by me will be corrected free of charge. A different restaurant, date or additional booking requires a new agreement; I will not make changes without your consent.
Will you be on standby on the dining day?
This is not a real-time concierge or on-site service. I can relay issues within the agreed scope, but cannot promise immediate replies or that the restaurant will never change arrangements. I remain responsible for correcting my own errors.
