What is your Design Process?
Initially, My co-designer and I will start the old way, with a blank sheet of paper and a pencil. After analyzing you and your company and identifying your vision, we will start sketching. Once we draw this concept, we transfer it to our computers and design the final version.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final design?
I guarantee you won't, but in the case where you would not be satisfied, you can cancel your order before finalizing the sketch I send you and get a full refund
What Package should I choose?
I believe it depends on your team. If you have an in-house designer, go for the Basic or Standard package depending on how many concepts you want. If you don't have a designer, I strongly recommend the premium package, as my team will develop absolutely every file you will ever need.
About the number of modifications
Only the Standard Edition and Premium Edition will have an unlimited number of revisions after they are finalized until they are modified to your satisfaction.
About finalization
After you receive multiple design plans, please finalize them carefully! Once the design is finalized, I will not change it and I will not give you the refund. If the design needs to be changed later, I will treat it as new work and charge additional fees.
About the use of logo
After you determine the final logo design, please review it carefully before using it, printing it, etc. If it is for commercial use, please register successfully before using it. Otherwise, we will not bear any costs, legal liabilities and economic disputes arising therefrom.
About the logo name
When registering a trademark, please first check whether the name can be registered before designing. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any modifications caused by the trademark name being unable to be registered.
About refund
You can cancel your order before finalizing the sketch I send you and get a full refund. But no refunds of any kind are supported after determine final design and the final source files are sent.
