Q: How should I export and send my stems/files?
A: Please export all stems as dry (no master bus limiters or reverbs, unless the effect is essential to the sound) 24-bit or 16-bit WAV/AIFF files. No MP3. Compress them into a single .ZIP file and attach it to the order or send a Dropbox/Google Drive link.
Q: What file formats will I receive back?
A: You will receive full-resolution 24-bit/44.1kHz (or 48kHz) WAV files optimized for streaming, plus a 320kbps MP3 for quick sharing. If you ordered an ACX/audiobook package, files will be delivered in 192kbps CBR MP3 format formatted specifically for ACX/Audible standards.
Q: Can you fix a poorly recorded vocal or bad background noise?
A: I use advanced spectral repair tools to significantly reduce background hum, room echo, plosives, and mouth clicks. However, audio restoration works best when the core performance is intact. If you're unsure of your audio quality, send me a 30-second sample before ordering and I’ll evaluate it!
Q: Does your mixing service include vocal tuning and pitch correction?
A: Basic pitch correction and timing alignment are included in the Basic and Standard packages. Fine-tuning using flex-pitch is only offered in the Premium package.
Q: Do you offer custom offers for larger or unique projects?
A: Yes. If you have a full album, EP, multi-speaker podcast series, or long-form audiobook that doesn't fit my standard tiers, send me a message and I’ll put together a custom offer tailored to your project.
