Do you deliver the workshop live?
No. I design ready to run materials so your own trainer or manager can deliver them with confidence. Premium includes a recorded train the trainer video.
When will I hear from you?
I'm NZ based and reply to every message within 24h, usually in the NZ evening. All work is delivered as files, fully async, so no meetings or calls are needed.
Is it suitable for non technical staff?
Yes. Workshops are designed for beginners through to confident users, in plain English.
Can the content be customised to our industry?
Yes. Standard and Premium use examples and exercises based on your roles and sector.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to the delivered content within the original brief. New scope, such as extra modules, is quoted separately. Live facilitation is not included.
Do I own the materials?
Yes. Once the order is complete, you can use and adapt the materials within your organisation. Reselling them as a commercial course needs a custom licence; please ask.
Do you use AI tools in your work?
I use AI to assist research and drafting. All analysis and recommendations are mine and tailored to you.
