FAQ
Is this gig includes stock video?
We can provide limited stock videos or template project files in our own library subscription(Envato element) only. Elsewhere, you have to purchase by yourself.
How should I prepare the amendments?
You can put all the revision notes in Words/Powerpoint/PDF file format, with screenshot is even better and clearer for us to understand it.
Can I request extra revisions beyond the package limit?
For minor amendments, such as add/change text, adjust logo position/size, reedit contact info…, we are happy to do it FREE for you. However, if you want to redesign/revert the idea or concept of the storyboard (after the confirmation), extra charges may apply.
Can I have revision on voice-over?
A revision will be provided if we found any mistakes such as wrong pronunciation and mistakes. However, this revision not includes the changes in reading style, accent, and script changes.
What is the production flow/timeline?
