I will convert your point cloud scan into a revit bim model

About this gig
Do you have a laser scan or point cloud of an existing building and need it converted into an accurate, usable BIM model?
I specialize in Scan-to-BIM conversion, turning your point cloud data (.rcp, .e57, .pts, .xyz) into a clean, organized Revit model ready for renovation, retrofit, facility management, or as-built documentation.
What you get:
- Accurate Revit model built directly from your point cloud, aligned to real-world coordinates
- Architectural elements: walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, roofs
- Structural and MEP elements available on Standard/Premium packages
- Clean, well-organized Revit families and levels, not just a mesh import
- 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations generated from the model
My background: I have hands-on engineering experience designing boiler plants and HVAC/heating systems, so I understand how buildings and their mechanical systems actually work, not just how they look. This means the models I deliver make sense to engineers, contractors, and facility managers, not just architects.
Send me your scan data and I'll turn it into a Revit model you can actually use.

FAQ
What point cloud formats do you accept?
I work with .rcp, .e57, .pts, and .xyz files. If your scan is in another format, send me a sample and I'll confirm I can open it.
Do I need to scan the whole building, or can I send a partial scan?
A partial scan is fine, just tell me which areas or floors you need modeled. Package sizes are based on scanned area, not the whole building.
Do you offer revisions if the model needs changes?
Yes, each package includes revisions for adjustments within the original scope. Major scope changes are handled as a paid extra.
