I will connect your CRM erp and ecommerce with a custom API integration

About this gig
Your ERP doesn't talk to your e-commerce. Your CRM has no idea what's been invoiced. Orders get retyped by hand, and sooner or later someone gets a line wrong.
I'm Gabriele, a digital consultant with 16+ years of experience. I build the bridge between the software you already use, without asking you to replace anything. With Claude Code I read complex API docs fast and ship solid, well-tested integrations.
What I connect:
E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Amazon, eBay, Etsy
CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Airtable, Notion, Monday
ERP and invoicing: QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, Fatture in Cloud, TeamSystem
Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Nexi
Marketing: Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo
Plus custom software, internal databases and files on FTP servers.
Typical results: orders flowing into your ERP automatically, stock synced across sales channels, invoices created on payment, leads landing in your CRM with the right tag.
Every integration ships with error handling, automatic retries and operation logs, so nothing breaks silently.
Message me with the systems you want connected and I'll check technical feasibility for free.

FAQ
My software is old and probably has no API. Can anything still be done?
Very often yes. APIs are the cleanest route, not the only one. I can work with automatic CSV or XML exports, monitored folders and FTP servers, direct database access where allowed, or automation on the program interface. Send me the exact software name and I check the options for free.
What if a platform changes its API and the integration stops working?
It is a real risk and I handle it two ways. The code is modular, so a change hits one part only. And automatic error notifications mean you know within minutes, not weeks. I fix any malfunction free for 30 days after delivery. Monthly monitoring is optional and never starts automatically.
Do I have to give you my passwords? How do you handle access security?
No personal passwords needed. You generate API keys or a dedicated service user with only the permissions required, revocable any time. Credentials never go inside the code, they stay in separate protected config files. On request I sign an NDA before receiving any data.
