What do you need to get started?
I need following details: 1-Size dimensions/dieline 2-Company name & logo (if you have) 3-Product details that you want to print on the box or any other packaging. 3-Color scheme (optional) 4-Design idea or sample (optional) 5- Design from your competitors
Can you deliver the design urgently?
Yes, but you have to message me before placing the order and it will cost a little extra that we can discuss in messages.
What file formats will I get?
You will get a high-quality PDF file for print, .ai(illustrator), EPS, or PSD(Photoshop) file for editing in the future. A 3d mockup to showcase your product on the web or social media.
What will be the turnaround time?
Usually, we update you about the work within 24 hours. But we try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I want to change the details after the order is complete?
