I booked him to do a 2d animation video and he informed me that I would have to pay him an additional fee because of the length of video and it would come in 2 parts and I gladly paid the fee. I paid him for a project and extra fee because it exceeded his normal video length times and he only delivered the first part of the project. I let him know that he only sent the first part and he stop communicating since he got paid.
