Need a spreadsheet in a different format, or separate files for each category?
I will work with one ready-to-use table in one XLSX sheet or CSV file, up to 500 data rows and 20 columns. Choose ONE:
- Convert XLSX to CSV, or CSV to XLSX
- Split the table by one existing column into up to 5 files
You receive the agreed files and a short note confirming input and output row counts. For a split, each row is assigned once. Tell me how blanks should be handled.
CSV stores one plain-text table; it does not preserve formulas, formatting, charts or multiple sheets. This service uses values only.
Includes one revision to meet the original instructions using the original file. New data or changed rules need a separate quote.
Not included: data cleaning, merging, PDF or image extraction, OCR, formula repair, macros, running supplied code, external data connections or uploads into another system.

Will you clean or deduplicate my data?
No. This service preserves the supplied values and packages them as agreed. Data cleaning is a separate service.
Can CSV keep my formulas and formatting?
No. CSV contains a single plain-text table. Provide a values-only sheet, and specify any IDs or dates that need special treatment.
Do you use AI tools?
AI-assisted tools may support the work. I remain responsible for checking the final files. If you require non-AI work, say so before ordering so we can confirm a suitable workflow.
