Hey, my name is Gipsy, I am a FRENCH PUBLISHED WRITER, blogger, TRANSLATOR & FRENCH TEACHER, with a degree in foreign languages.
I am passionate by words and by human beings in general, and the key, on my opinion, to truly understand people and their culture, is the LANGUAGE.
I travelled a lot and expatriated myself a few times, so I am pretty familiar with different ways of learning & teaching. From my experience : LEARNING A LANGUAGE SHOULD BE FUN !
On the first lesson, I always take time to learn about the student, in order to provide the best suitable lessons possible. So If you don't have any basics or if you are fluent and need to practice, if you need vocabulary for a trip, a grammatical explained, solid ground for your work, etc., I would do my best to provide it to you.
As a writer, I work as well with french speakers who wants to specifically optimize their spelling (quite tough indeed).
I am pretty VERSATILE, we can talk literature, politics, fashion, philosophy, game, manga, anime (kind of geek as well :)) so adults or kids are welcome.

Do you provide your lessons in English as well as other languages ?
Yes. I do. I can fluently speak French, English and Portuguese. And I've got solid grounds in German (if I cannot give lesson in this language, it can help out for some interpretation)
Do you provide exercises ?
Yes. When we settle regular bases lessons, I can provide the student, if he wishes, exercises from the lesson we studied to practice until the next course.
How is your lessons organised ?
It all depends of the student. Basically I've got a part reading (comics, suspense or classical text), a part comprehension (I speak about a topic and test the comprehension), a part grammatical/syntaxe, a part of conversation. We speak, learn music, play games... In short, we enjoy the lesson :)
Can I choose the kind of lessons I want?
On the first lesson, we discuss your wishes, objectives and we define what's best for you. Some want conversation, other wishes lay back lessons, others want to work hard with a lot of exercices. Some like games, other prefer texts. I have my method -in particular for beginners- but it can be adapt.
