No. We ground it in your own content (website, PDFs, FAQs) using RAG, so it answers from your real material — and we set guardrails so it stays on-topic and says "I'm not sure, let me connect you" instead of inventing an answer.

The build is a one-time fee. The only running cost is the AI usage (OpenAI or Anthropic), billed directly to your own account based on how much your bot is used — typically a small monthly amount for most businesses. We'll set this up with you and help you estimate it before launch.
