About me
Sometimes, we simply need someone outside our usual circle to talk to. I offer a listening and mentoring space where you can openly share what you are going through, organise your thoughts and gain a different perspective. With previous mentoring experience, I have supported people of different ages, mainly young people between 15 and 35, through decisions, uncertainty, changes and personal challenges. I listen, ask the right questions and help you identify what may be holding you back and explore possible ways forward.

I have experience communicating with people of different ages and adapting my approach to provide personal guidance and support during periods of uncertainty, change or decision-making.
