What do you need to start working?
I will need temporary Administrator access to your WordPress dashboard. For severe issues (like a White Screen or Fatal Error), I will also need access to your hosting panel (cPanel, FTP, or server control panel) to check error logs.
Do you guarantee that every issue can be fixed?
No. I will diagnose the issue and fix it when it is technically possible with the provided access. If the issue is outside the package scope, I will explain it clearly.
Do you fix hacked or malware-infected websites?
No, malware removal and hacked site recovery are not included in this gig. Please contact me first if your site may be compromised.
Do you include premium plugins or themes?
No. Premium plugins, themes, licenses or paid tools must be provided by the buyer.
Can you fix hosting or server issues?
Only simple hosting-related issues connected to WordPress. Advanced server administration is not included.
Do you fix custom-coded plugins or severely infected websites?
