Yes, absolutely. AnyDesk and TeamViewer sessions are fully encrypted. You will see everything I do on your screen in real-time, and you can end the session whenever you want.
Can you fix hardware issues?
No, I can only help you with software configuration and network optimization. If your router or cable is physically broken, you will need to replace it.
