How do I know which package to pick?
Message me with a description of the problem or the unfinished feature and repository access if possible. I will look, tell you what is going on, and suggest the right package before you order.
What do you need from me to start?
Repository access (GitHub, GitLab or a zip), steps to reproduce the bug or a description of the missing feature, and any error logs or screenshots you have. For backend issues, a staging database dump helps a lot.
What if the bug cannot be fixed within the package?
I always reproduce the issue first. If it turns out to be bigger than the package covers, I tell you before doing extra work and we agree on the scope together. No surprises.
