Is this a certification? Does it make us compliant?
No — there's no official WCAG or Section 508 "certification," and an ACR is a disclosure document, not a legal determination. That's exactly why procurement teams request it, and why an honest one stands out.
Do you test with screen readers (JAWS/NVDA)?
No. I test what assistive technology depends on — keyboard operability, accessible names and roles, focus order, and structure — using automated and AI-operated methods, and I state this limitation in the report. Where evidence can't prove full AT support, the rating says so.
Which VPAT edition should I choose?
Section 508 for U.S. government and education buyers; INT (508 + EN 301 549 + WCAG) for international. Tell me who asked for the report and I'll recommend the right one.
What if the report finds problems?
It almost certainly will — nearly every product has gaps at WCAG 2.1 AA. The remediation appendix lists them by user impact with fix guidance, and my re-test add-on gets you a freshly dated ACR reflecting the corrected product.
What do you need from me to start?
