About me
We build the systems that make sure a service business never loses a lead: an AI receptionist that answers every call in English and Spanish, missed-call text back, automatic follow-up and review requests, all set up inside HighLevel, plus websites that earn trust. I lead DesignWorks, a studio that builds the systems service businesses use to answer, follow up with and book every lead. That includes bilingual English and Spanish AI receptionists, GoHighLevel CRM setups with pipelines, missed-call text back, reminders and review requests, and websites that earn trust. I bring 10+ years of operations and accounting experience, so every system is clear, reliable and easy for your team to run.
