What's the difference between an AI chatbot, a voice agent, and n8n automation?
A chatbot answers customers in text (website, WhatsApp, etc.). A voice agent handles phone calls — answering and qualifying callers. n8n automation connects your apps so tasks run automatically (e.g. new lead → CRM → email → calendar). The top package combines all three into one system.
Is our data safe? Does it train the AI?
Your data stays yours. Everything runs on your own accounts, training on your content can be switched off, and I delete anything I used during the build on request.
Do I need my own accounts (OpenAI, n8n, CRM)?
Yes — these run on your own subscriptions so you fully own them and your data stays yours. Don't have them set up, or unsure which you need? Message me before ordering and I'll guide you.
Can the chatbot/agent use my own business information?
Absolutely — I train it on your FAQs, services, documents and tone of voice so it answers like your business, not a generic bot.
Which tools can you integrate with?
Through n8n and APIs I can connect most popular tools — CRMs (HighLevel, HubSpot, etc.), email, calendars, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, payment and more. Tell me your stack and I'll confirm what's possible before you order.
Will I be able to manage it after handover?
Yes — I provide documentation (and a training video on the top package) so you can run it. Prefer hands-off? I'll send a custom offer for ongoing management.
Can you maintain or expand the system later?
Definitely. After launch, place a new order or I'll send you a custom offer right here on Fiverr for new automations, integrations or improvements.
Are there ongoing costs?
Yes — AI and API usage and some app plans are billed by the provider, not by me. Usually €10–€200 a month depending on volume. I estimate this up front so there are no surprises.
