I worked as a Full Stack Developer at RADWIN, a remote-first software company specializing in building scalable SaaS products and internal business tools for global clients. My role on this project was focused strictly on debugging, performance optimization, and improving code stability for an existing Next.js and Node.js application. The application had multiple issues affecting user experience, including broken API endpoints, inconsistent frontend rendering, and backend performance bottlenecks. I was responsible for identifying the root causes of these issues by thoroughly reviewing both frontend and backend codebases. On the frontend, I worked extensively with Next.js and React components, fixing rendering bugs, resolving state management inconsistencies, and improving UI responsiveness. I also cleaned up poorly structured components and ensured better reusability and maintainability across the codebase. On the backend, I debugged Node.js APIs, fixed routing issues, optimized database queries, and improved response times. I also resolved data flow mismatches between the frontend and backend, ensuring smoother communication and more reliable API responses. In addition, I refactored sections of the code to follow better TypeScript and JavaScript best practices, reducing redundancy and improving overall system stability. I also collaborated with the team to identify recurring issues and prevent future bugs through cleaner architecture decisions. By the end of the project, the application was significantly more stable, faster, and easier to maintain, with improved performance and fewer runtime errors reported by users.
