I am not sure a bot is the right answer. Can we check before I order?
Yes, and I prefer it that way. Describe the process in a message: who does what, and where the data ends up. If a bot is the wrong tool, or a spreadsheet formula would already do it, I will tell you that instead of selling you a package.
Will it answer freely, like ChatGPT?
No, and that is deliberate. This gig builds a rule-based bot: menus, forms and clear steps, so it never invents an answer or wanders off. If you want a bot that answers from your own documents instead, that is my other gig, the Telegram AI chatbot that answers from your documents with citations.
Where does my data go? Do you keep a copy?
It goes where you already work: Google Sheets, Excel or your own database. I keep no copy. Every account and key stays yours, and on delivery you get the full source code, so nothing depends on me staying available.
Who runs it after delivery, and what if it breaks?
You do, on your own hosting or on a service we set up together, with a short setup guide written for someone who is not a developer. I stay available for fixes after delivery.
Can it connect to my CRM or the system we already use?
If that system has an API, usually yes. Send me a link to its documentation before you order and I will confirm it plainly - including if the answer is no.
