Is your company exhibiting at an upcoming trade show with a 10x10, 10x20 or similar booth?
I'll help manage the logistics for your company's presence, so your team arrives prepared and ready to focus on the show.
As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), I provide experienced remote project management support for companies exhibiting at conferences, conventions and industry events.
Support may include:
- Reviewing exhibitor kits and service manuals
- Creating timelines and tracking deadlines
- Coordinating shipping and show services
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams
- Organizing booth staffing and registrations
- Tracking signage, collateral and promotional items
- Preparing pre-show checklists and status updates
- Supporting post-show wrap-up
This service supports your company's exhibit presence. It does not include producing or managing the overall trade show.
Packages include a defined block of remote project management hours for one exhibit.
Additional hours are $165 each with prior approval.
Vendor fees, show services, shipping, travel, on-site staffing and other third-party expenses are not included.

1. Do you manage the entire trade show?
No. I support your company’s presence as an exhibitor at a trade show, conference or convention. I do not produce or manage the overall event.
2. What booth sizes do you support?
This service is designed for 10x10, 10x20 and similar exhibit booths. Please contact me for larger booths, multiple exhibits or custom activations.
3. What can you help manage?
Support may include exhibitor manuals, deadlines, registrations, vendors, shipping, show services, ordering signage, collateral, staffing plans and pre-show checklists.
4. How do the project management hours work?
Each package includes a set number of remote project management hours. I track the time used and provide updates throughout the project.
5. What happens if my project requires additional hours?
I will notify you before exceeding the package hours. Additional project management time can be purchased at $165 per hour with your approval.
6. Do you provide on-site trade show support?
These packages are for remote support. On-site assistance may be available through a custom offer and requires separate travel, lodging and expense arrangements.
7. What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide the show name, dates, location, booth size, exhibitor manual, current plans, key deadlines and the areas where your team needs support.
8. Are show vendor fees and show expenses included?
No. Shipping, labor, electrical, internet, furnishings, registrations, travel and other third-party expenses are paid separately by the buyer.
