FAQ
Do you include the source file with the package?
The source file is not included with ANY of the packages BUT I do offer it as an "extra" for an additional fee. Please make sure to select it during "check out". The source file can be requested in either PSD, AI, or Canva format.
Can I request for changes even if the order has been marked "Complete"?
No, I am not responsible for any errors done on your part. Any adjustments/changes/corrections will be an additional fee IF the order has already been "Accepted" and marked "Complete". Unlimited revisions are applied ONLY while the order is "active".
Which sizes do you provide?
I provide any size you need (I can provide additional sizes for an extra fee) but please make sure to specify in the "requirements section". If you have any doubts, simply message me to confirm.
How many revisions do you provide?
Unlimited revisions! All of my clients can request as many changes as needed, while the order is active. My goal is to give you a product you're completely satisfied with, so until that is done, I am on the job.
Do you translate to other languages?
Since I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, I can translate those myself but I do my best to use online tools to translate any other language if necessary. To avoid errors, it is best I am provided with the exact written text.

Great to work with. Exceptional attention to detail. The banners included the requested requirements and are each unique but also look strong together as a branded set. Will work with this designer again.
