Communication was consistent and she always responded to my messages, which I appreciated. However, the delivery time was much longer than expected. The project took weeks to be completed, and there were delays beyond the originally agreed timeline. The final result wasn’t bad, but the extended wait made the overall experience less smooth than I hoped for.

I am smiling from ear to ear after seeing the book that Victoria created. I wanted to compile a book of favorite quotes from a family member. Victoria took the vision I shared and made something incredible and special. I would most certainly work with her again and refer her to anyone that needs a book designed.

She was good in responding at first but then didn't reply often. She promised to send me visuals as she goes thru for approval but she did not. I sent her a reminder but she did not send. She completely missed the idea.

i am really happy with how this book was put together and with communication level. Hope to work together on another project soon again.
