What if I already have a PCB, sketch, or partial CAD instead of a complete product?
That is workable. You can provide whatever engineering material already exists, and I can build from the available information while identifying missing dimensions, interfaces, clearances, and product decisions that need attention before the next development stage.
How do you handle prototype testing when the first build does not behave as expected?
Prototype feedback becomes engineering input, not just a pass/fail result. Fit issues, heat behavior, assembly conflicts, component interference, and structural weaknesses can be traced back into the CAD and revised.
Can you make CAD that is actually prepared for injection molding?
Yes. The workflow can account for draft direction, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, parting considerations, snap features, and mold-friendly geometry rather than stopping at a visually convincing 3D model.
What happens if my existing kettle concept has engineering problems?
I will flag conflicts before they become expensive prototype problems. This can include weak walls, poor draft, cramped PCB placement, insufficient thermal clearance, difficult assembly, unsuitable bosses, or injection molding concerns.
Will you only model the kettle housing, or will you consider the PCB and heater inside it?
I work around the complete product relationship, not an isolated enclosure. PCB position, heater location, clearances, mounting points, thermal zones, wiring paths, fasteners, and assembly access can all be considered so the enclosure works with the hardware inside it.
