After ordering, you'll receive a short brand discovery form asking for your business name, target audience, industry, brand personality, and any visual references you love. The more context you share, the stronger the result.
Do I need to have a logo already?
No. All packages include custom logo design built from scratch. If you already have a logo you want to keep, I can build a complete brand identity system around it instead — just mention this when ordering.
What exactly is in the Brand Style Guide?
The brand style guide is a professional PDF document that covers logo usage rules, color palette with exact codes (HEX/RGB/CMYK), typography hierarchy, spacing rules, visual do's and don'ts, and brand application examples. It acts as the rulebook for your brand across every platform and touchpo
Do you use AI tools to generate logos or designs?
No. Every logo and brand identity is designed manually and strategically using professional tools (Adobe Illustrator, Figma).
What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive full vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG) plus high-resolution exports (PNG on transparent background, PDF). These files scale from a favicon to a billboard without any quality loss.
Do I own the designs after the project?
Yes — 100%. Once the order is complete, you hold full commercial rights to every file delivered. You are free to trademark the logo and use it across any medium without restriction.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are based on your package (Basic: 2, Standard: 3, Premium: Unlimited). Each revision round is based on clear feedback you provide. I ask that feedback be consolidated per round to keep the project moving efficiently.
