what is module ?
module is one single business department like Sales Department, Payment Department, Reporting Department , Tax and Bill Department, Research and Development Department etc. sometime a single module could not stand alone and need another module.
What is Distributed System ?
it mean, that every single module, could be placed into one stand alone server. so if you have 2 module, Research Department and Sell Department. each module could be place into one server and every module could communicate each other across different server, even across different network.
What is user log ?
every single activity that perform by user, will be log in the system, so even single column that changes by several user could be trace. A change price from $100 to $200 and B change limit from 10 to 15. each user and each column would be log separately, so admin would who change certain column
