Yes! Is your website offline? Or showing critical/fatal errors? I'll fix it! Fixing errors caused by failed updates is included in every package. I'm available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week (My time zone is UTC+00:00.)

A content edit is any task that takes about 15 minutes to complete, such as fixing a broken link, troubleshooting, installing a plugin, a CSS change, etc. It does not include custom code development, graphic work or content creation. One edit is to fix one specific request.

I'm more a tech guy than a creative person. I'm happy to update your website and add content within the existing layout, but if you need someone to redesign your website or overhaul your pages, I'm not the guy for you.

Backups are stored off-site and are kept for 30 days while an order is active. Backups are deleted 7 days after the last order is completed. To prevent deletion, you can renew your package or purchase a subscription.

A lot! With the basic package, I will install all WordPress, plugin and theme updates at least once a week. I will monitor your website for issues, create a daily backup, and I will increase the overall security of your site with continuous vulnerability scanning.

Yes, but advanced website support is only included with the Premium Care WP Package. The reason is that these plugins are more complicated and setups will be more difficult to manage.

In the unlikely event that your site gets hacked WHILE I am maintaining it, I will clean up any malware for you free of charge! If your site is currently infected with malware (BEFORE I started maintaining it) then I will make you an offer to clean it up, remove all hacks, malware and backdoors.
