I built an intake engine that parses incoming Gmail enquiries, extracts the key fields, and creates and updates structured records in Monday.com automatically, so every lead lands in the pipeline the moment it arrives. The system removed manual data entry, cut response times, and gave the team a single source of truth for their sales pipeline. Built with n8n, the Gmail API, and the Monday.com API.
