I will setup shopify inventory sync and multichannel stock automation

About this gig
Overselling on Shopify because your stock lives in three places at once? I build the sync that keeps your store, your supplier feed and your marketplaces on the same numbers, automatically.
What I set up:
- Supplier feed sync from CSV, XML, Google Sheets or an API
- Shopify to Amazon, eBay and other channel stock sync
- SKU and variant mapping, including messy or mismatched codes
- Scheduled updates, so stock is right without anyone touching it
- Price and markup rules
- Out-of-stock auto-hide so you stop selling what you do not have
- Error alerts when a feed breaks, before your customers find out
Not sure what is wrong yet? Start with the Sync Audit. I go through your current setup, find exactly where the numbers drift, and send you a written fix plan. If you then want it built, that cost comes off the build.
I spent five years as an engineer at Bigbasket (TATA) and Acko, where inventory going wrong was not an option. Large catalogues, rate limits and slow supplier feeds are familiar ground.
Tell me which store, which supplier and which channels, and I will tell you honestly whether this is a one-hour fix or a real build.

FAQ
Which marketplaces and suppliers can you connect?
Shopify plus supplier feeds over CSV, XML, Google Sheets or API, and Amazon and eBay for channel sync. Tell me your exact setup before ordering and I will confirm it is doable rather than guess.
How often does the stock update?
I employ mobile-first CSS architecture to intelligently adjust column structures, scale typography, and implement functional mobile navigation drawers matching your desktop visual identity.
What happens if the supplier feed breaks?
The sync logs every run and alerts you when a feed fails or returns nothing, instead of silently wiping your stock to zero. Premium includes error alerting; on the other tiers I can add it as a custom offer.
Do I own the script and where does it run?
You own it. It runs as a scheduled job on your own hosting or a small cloud server, and I hand over the code and the setup notes. No subscription to me and no third-party app fee.
