I run Gold Strategics, a small Florida business services company. Every weekday I read the state's restaurant records: inspection citations in the inspector's own words, new food service licenses, kitchens with construction plans just approved, and ownership changes. I turn them into clean spreadsheets that pest control companies, hood cleaners and anyone who sells to restaurants can call from. Every row comes from the public record, with the date and the phone number from the state license file.
