Which file do I need to send?
A STEP file is ideal. IGES, STL, OBJ and exports from SolidWorks, Inventor or Fusion work too. No CAD file? For simple products I build the model from photos and dimensions with the 3D modeling extra.
Do the images meet Amazon's requirements?
Yes. The main image comes on pure white RGB 255 at 3000 x 3000 px with the product filling at least 85 % of the frame, no text, no props. Additional images can carry infographics, lifestyle scenes and callouts as Amazon allows.
Can you match our real colors and materials?
Yes. Send color values or a photo of the real product. Plastics, metals, wood, glass, rubber and fabrics are reproduced as materials, and your logo and prints go exactly where they belong.
What exactly do I get?
High-resolution JPG files, PNG with transparent background on request, and in Premium a 10 second 360 turntable video as MP4. Source files are available as an extra.
Is my CAD data safe?
Yes. Your files stay on my own workstation in Germany and are never uploaded to cloud render farms. An NDA is possible before you send anything.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic in 2 days, Standard in 3, Premium in 5. In a hurry? Express delivers in 1, 2 or 3 days. Ask me before ordering if you have a launch date.
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. If you upgrade to Standard or Premium, the amount you paid for Basic is fully credited.
Do you use AI?
I use AI-assisted tools in my workflow, which makes me fast. Every model, material, light and render is set up and checked by me, so your product stays exactly your product.
Can you also do infographics and A+ content images?
Yes. Infographic images with feature callouts, dimensions and icons are included in Premium and available as an extra for Basic and Standard. A+ content banners are possible as a custom offer.
