FAQ
Q: What information do you need from me to get started?
A: Names, key dates, photos, and any stories, quotes, or memories you'd like included. The more details you share, the more personal the final design will be.
Q: Can I get more than 8 pages?
A: Yes! Just message me before ordering and I'll create a custom offer based on your page count.
Will I receive a printable file?
Yes, all packages include a print-ready PDF file, ready to send straight to a print shop.
Do you provide the source file (e.g. Canva/InDesign file)?
The source file is available as an add-on with the Standard and Premium packages, or as an extra on Basic.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3, and Premium 3 as well. Additional revisions can be added for a small fee.
Can you match our company's/family's specific colors or style?
Absolutely! Just send me your color scheme, logo, or any inspiration images, and I'll design around them.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard delivery is 5–10 days depending on the package. Rush delivery is available as an add-on if you need it sooner.
Do you edit or retouch photos?
Photo editing isn't included, but I recommend sending high-quality photos for the best result.
Do you also offer this service in German?
Yes! While this gig is listed in English, I'm a native German speaker and happy to design your newspaper/magazine in German as well — just let me know your preferred language when you contact me.
