What will you need from me before we start?
Not much. You only need to provide either a CAD file or a Revit file. Additionally, if your plan is not already furnished, please specify the functions or purposes of each room.
What if I only have a pdf file or hand-drawn sketch?
Not a problem at all! I've introduced an additional gig extra for a small price specifically for this task. Initially, I'll generate a CAD drawing of your file and then start the post production process in photoshop.
Which software do you use for post production of my drawings?
I use photoshop for this purpose.
Will I also be provided with the source file free of charge?
Certainly, I can provide the psd format source file upon request. Just ask!
Does the pricing cover just one floor level?
Yes, if you require multiple floor levels, each level would be a separate order.
If I provide a sample image with a specific architectural style or color theme, can you replicate that style in my architectural drawings?
Certainly, I am here to bring your vision to life.
Are there any hidden extra costs?
Nothing extra. Everything is mentioned in the gig. However, for very large projects (larger than 2000 sq.m) that are not covered in the gig a custom gig needs to be created.
Can I later decide that I also want to order the elevation or section of my project?
Of course! However, please make sure to discuss it with me before you place your order.
What is the final file format that I receive?
Your project can be delivered in various image file formats and or a pdf.
