What will you need from me before we start?
Not much. You only need to provide either a PDF/image file or a hand-drawn sketch of the floor plan with dimensions if you want your project to include measurements. Additionally, please specify the functions or purposes of each room if you wish to have them furnished.
Will I also be provided with the source file free of charge?
Certainly, I can provide the DWG format source file for black and white floor plans, and for colored floor plans, you can expect the Photoshop file to be readily available upon request. Just ask!
Can you convert a pdf or an image file to dwg?
Absolutely! Just contact me and let's get started!
What if I only have a hand-drawn sketch of my floor plan or elevation?
No problem at all! That is all I need.
Can you also draw plumbing and electrical plans?
