What counts as one bug?
One bug means one clearly defined, reproducible issue with one expected outcome. Multiple symptoms caused by the same root cause may count as one bug. Separate issues or different root causes count separately and may require a larger package or custom offer.
What do you need from me to start?
Please provide a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, expected vs. actual behavior, screenshots or error logs, and the relevant code or repository access if needed. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, or other sensitive credentials in the initial message.
What if the issue is larger than the selected package?
If the issue is larger or more complex than the selected package, I will explain what I found before doing work outside the agreed scope. We can then upgrade the package or use a custom offer with the appropriate price and delivery time. I will not expand the scope without your approval.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the originally agreed fix when the reported issue does not meet the agreed expected result. It does not include new bugs, new features, redesigns, refactoring, or unrelated issues. Anything outside the original scope requires a separate order or custom offer.
