US LLC Registration and EIN Assistance for an International Entrepreneur

Jul 2026 - Aug 2026 • 1 mo
I assisted an international entrepreneur in establishing a US-based LLC to support their growing online business. The project involved business formation guidance, state selection support, document preparation assistance, and EIN application guidance. I provided a clear roadmap throughout the process, helping the client understand each step and avoid common registration mistakes. As a result, the client successfully established a professional business structure and was better positioned to pursue business banking, payment processing, and future growth opportunities.
