Work in the commercial department of an industrial rubber and silicone parts manufacturer, managing the sales process from incoming requests to final orders. Alongside day-to-day sales work, I designed and built an internal web application from scratch using Google Apps Script to digitize the entire commercial workflow: automatic email intake, AI-assisted analysis of incoming requests and attachments, engineering cost analysis, offer generation, and order tracking — integrating Google Sheets, Drive, and Gmail into one system. This experience gave me a direct view of where sales teams lose time to manual work, and what's realistic to automate — which is exactly what I apply to the projects I take on now.
