About this Gig
I will clean, organize, and standardize your tabular data, handling missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formatting, and other common issues.
Supported formats: Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, SQL exports, and similar tabular data.
Deliverables: the cleaned file in your original format, plus a short summary of what was changed (rows removed, columns standardized, etc.). On request, I can also provide the Python script used if applicable, so you can re-run the same cleaning on future data.
To get started, send me the file and a quick note on what the data is used for or what kind of cleaning you'd like me to do (do we need to fix some corrupted data? need to convert the format of any columns? etc.).

What file types do you accept?
Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, SQL exports.
What if I'm not sure exactly what cleaning my data needs?
Send me the file and I'll take a look. I can spot common issues (duplicates, inconsistent formats, missing values, etc.) and let you know what's worth fixing based on what you'll be using the data for.
Can you handle large files / large datasets?
Yes — I use Python (pandas/polars) to clean data, so file size isn't usually a constraint. The same workflow scales from a few hundred rows up to hundreds of thousands! Message me first if your dataset is unusually large.
What's not included in this gig?
This gig covers cleaning and standardization. It doesn't include data analysis, visualization, or building dashboards — but I'm happy to scope a custom offer if you need those.
How do you guarantee privacy?
All cleaning is done on my own machine — I don't upload or share your data with any third party unless you specifically ask me to. Files are deleted after delivery unless you'd like me to keep them for follow-up work.
