About me
I’m Gopala, a creative producer and director working across NYC through Evolve Pictures. I help take documentary, branded, and narrative video from an idea through planning, production, and delivery. I also support existing teams with budgets, schedules, crew and location coordination, and post-production handoffs. Shooting and editing are available as part of the project. I run Evolve Pictures, a project-based production practice for film and branded video. • Develop concepts, treatments, and interview questions from a client brief or story idea. • Plan budgets and schedules, assemble crews, and coordinate locations and shoot logistics. • Produce and direct shoots, or support an existing team with production management, call sheets, and on-set coordination. • Oversee post-production and final delivery, with hands-on shooting and editing when the project calls for it. Selected work: Delhi Mughlai Biryani for Salted Roots and PhysioRX, both as producer, director, and editor.
