The modeling will be done on sketchup 3D, and for Rendering i will use Lumion Software.

What do you need to initiate the project?
I need the proper dimensions of your project and if you have their CAD files, PDFs, or any kind of Sketches it will be very helpful to speed u the process, also if you have a 3D Model of your current project made in Sketchup, it will be more helpful for me to provide you everything more swiftly!
What Softwares will you use for the 3D Modeling and Rendering?
I use 3D Sketchup for 3D Modeling, and for Rendering, I use Lumion 11 or 12.5.
If we don't have dimentions of sketches will the existing images of our project enough for you to start your work?
Yes, if you have existing images it can help a lot in to visualize, but it will all be random and not properly on actual dimensions, so I will prefer you to at least provide me with measurements too.
If we have 3D with us and we only need to have the renders, can it be done?
Yes, that will save a lot of time and I can provide you with progress in no time.
Do you need any kind of measurements for our particular designs?
Yes, Please do provide them if you have them in plan DWG or PDFs format, if not, then you can send me images or sketches so that I can work easily.
