What information do you need to get started?
I need your box dimensions (L×W×H), logo file (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG), all text content (product name, features, ingredients, barcodes etc.), color preferences and any reference images or brand guidelines you have.
Do you provide a dieline/die-cut template?
Yes. All Standard and Premium orders include an accurate, print-ready dieline template. I can also work from your existing dieline if you already have one from your manufacturer.
Will my files be ready for printing immediately?
Absolutely. All delivered files are CMYK, 300 DPI, and include proper bleed and crop marks ready to send directly to your printer or manufacturer without any extra setup.
Can you design packaging for Amazon FBA products?
Yes. I design Amazon-compliant packaging including product boxes, mailer boxes and inserts. I ensure FNSKU barcode placement, suffocation warning labels, and all required Amazon packaging guidelines are met.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive AI, PDF, EPS (editable source files), plus high-resolution JPEG and PNG previews. A 3D mockup in JPEG/PNG is also included with Standard and Premium packages.
Can you design multiple box sizes or product variants?
Yes. The Premium package covers up to 2 product variants. For more variants, contact me before ordering so I can create a custom offer tailored to your full product line.
Do you use templates or is every design custom?
Every design is 100% custom, built from scratch based on your brand, product and target audience. I never use pre-made templates you get a unique packaging design made specifically for your product.
How many revisions are included?
The Basic package includes 2 revisions. Standard and Premium packages include unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. I won't close an order until you approve the final design.
Can you redesign or update my existing packaging?
Yes. I can refresh, redesign, or adapt your current packaging design. Just share your existing files and brief me on what you'd like improved a new look, updated info, or a complete rebrand.
