FAQ
How will I receive and watch my video reading?
Your reading is delivered directly to your Fiverr order page within 24 hours as a high-definition 1080p MP4 video file. You can download and save it directly to your phone or computer to watch and re-watch anytime.
Do you shuffle the cards on camera during the video?
No. To maximize the value of your paid video runtime, I cleanse the workspace and draw your dedicated spread in quiet contemplation before hitting record. This ensures 100% of your video time is dedicated to in-depth analysis, card reveals, and practical insight rather than dead-air shuffling.
What details do I need to provide when ordering?
Please enter your First Name, Date of Birth, and your specific question(s) in the order requirements box. If your reading involves another person, their first name and approximate age or birth date is very helpful.
Can I ask follow-up questions after watching my video?
Yes. The Basic package includes one brief clarifying question. Standard and Premium packages include up to two brief clarifying questions to ensure you have total clarity on your guidance.
Do you sugarcoat predictions or give false promises?
No. I do not do toxic positivity, fairy-tale timelines, or comfortable illusions. I deliver what the cards actually show with grounded clarity, traditional symbolism, and practical shadow-work insight so you can make empowered real-world choices.
