Form Page
Dropbox • Part-time
Jul 2025 - Apr 2026 • 9 mos
I had the opportunity to work on improving a Dropbox-style onboarding and signup form experience, focusing on optimizing the full-page registration flow to make it more user-friendly, conversion-driven, and visually clean. My role involved analyzing how users interact with the signup page and identifying friction points that could reduce conversions. One of the key goals was to simplify the form structure while maintaining security and collecting only the essential information needed for account creation. I also focused on improving the layout so that it felt more minimal, fast, and distraction-free, similar to modern SaaS onboarding standards. During the project, one major challenge was reducing user drop-off during the signup process. Many users were leaving halfway through the form due to too many steps and lack of clarity. To solve this, I streamlined the form fields, improved the input flow, and enhanced the visual hierarchy so users could clearly understand each step without confusion. Another challenge was ensuring the form worked smoothly across all devices, especially mobile users. I optimized responsiveness, spacing, and button placement to make the experience seamless on smaller screens. Throughout the project, I focused on balancing simplicity with functionality, ensuring that the form still collected necessary data while improving overall user experience. I carefully tested different variations and adjusted based on usability feedback. In the end, the improved form design created a smoother onboarding experience, reduced friction, and made the signup process more intuitive for users. This project strengthened my expertise in UX-focused form design, conversion optimization, and SaaS onboarding flows while delivering a clean and professional result aligned with modern web standards.
Email marketing
MVMT • Freelance
Apr 2025 - Mar 2026 • 11 mos
I worked on an ecommerce email marketing project inspired by the MVMT-style brand, focused on building a clean, modern, and high-converting email system for a lifestyle watch store. My role involved setting up and improving the full email structure, including welcome flows, abandoned cart emails, promotional campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups. At the start, the biggest challenge was low engagement. Open rates and click-through rates were weak, and customers were not responding well to the emails. The messaging was also too generic, which made it hard for the brand to stand out in a competitive market. To fix this, I restructured the email strategy by improving subject lines, rewriting the copy to make it more engaging and story-driven, and adding stronger calls-to-action. I also optimized the design for mobile users and aligned the visuals with a premium lifestyle brand identity. Another challenge was balancing sales-driven content with storytelling. I solved this by mixing promotional emails with product education and lifestyle-focused messaging to build trust and improve customer connection. Throughout the project, I maintained clear communication with the buyer, implemented feedback carefully, and focused on delivering results without compromising quality. In the end, the email system became more engaging, structured, and conversion-focused, leading to better customer interaction and improved overall performance.
Klaviyo Flow
Gymshark • Full-time
Sep 2024 - Mar 2026 • 1 yr 6 mos
Email marketing is one of the most powerful systems an eCommerce brand can use to generate consistent revenue, and I specialize in building that system for fashion and lifestyle brands like Gymshark. I help brands turn their customer journey into an automated sales engine that works 24/7 without relying only on paid ads. Instead of random email blasts, I build structured, high-converting email flows that increase sales, improve retention, and boost customer lifetime value. For a brand like Gymshark, I design and implement key Klaviyo email flows that guide customers through every stage of their journey. This includes the Welcome Flow, which converts new subscribers into first-time buyers by building trust, introducing the brand, and offering strong incentives. I also set up Abandoned Cart Flows that recover lost sales by reminding customers what they left behind and reducing hesitation through urgency, benefits, and targeted offers. These flows alone can recover a significant portion of missed revenue. After purchase, I create Post-Purchase Flows that improve customer experience, encourage reviews, and increase repeat purchases. This helps turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. I also build Win-Back Flows that re-engage inactive customers and bring them back into the buying cycle with personalized messaging and offers. Alongside automation, I focus on segmentation and behavioral targeting so every email feels relevant and personalized. I also optimize copy, design, and call-to-actions to maximize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. My goal is to help eCommerce brands move beyond inconsistent sales and build a predictable, automated revenue system through email marketing that runs in the background and scales with the business.
